Data controller

Data collected

Through the contact form and the assistant: name, work email, company, job title, areas concerned, objective, number of identities and message. Through scheduling: name, email and chosen slot. No technical data about your information system is requested.

Purpose and legal basis

Your data is used to respond to your request, arrange a conversation and, where applicable, prepare a proposal. Legal bases: your consent and the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).

Retention period

Prospect data is kept for 3 years from the last contact with no follow-up (CNIL guidance). Data related to a contractual relationship is kept for the duration of the relationship, then archived in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

Recipients and processors

Your data is intended for ALGORYX TECH. We use processors to operate the site: OVH (hosting, European Union), Web3Forms (routing of contact form and assistant messages, by email) and Cal.com (scheduling). These providers only use your data to deliver their service.

Hosting and transfers

The site is hosted by OVH, within the European Union. Some processors (Web3Forms, Cal.com) may process data outside the EU; where applicable, such transfers are framed by the appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR (notably the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).

Scheduling (Cal.com)

Appointment booking is provided by Cal.com. Displaying the calendar loads a module provided by Cal.com, which may set cookies needed for it to work. The details you enter to book (name, email, chosen slot) are processed by Cal.com as a processor.

Cookies and consent

This site sets no advertising cookies. Audience measurement, when enabled, is cookieless and anonymous (Cloudflare Web Analytics). A banner lets you accept or decline functional cookies; until you accept, the Cal.com booking calendar (which may set functional cookies) is not loaded. Your choice is stored in your browser and can be changed by clearing the site's data. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, as well as the right to set instructions regarding your data after your death. To exercise them, email lionel.alla@algoryx.tech. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
